THM Chicken Salad
Ingredients
  • 6 boneless skinless ch breast
  • 1 TBS salt
  • 1 lg onion
  • 3 ribs celery, diced
  • 34 cup dill relish (sweetened with stevia)
  • 1 8oz block cream cheese
  • 1 C Mayo
  • 1 T Sugar (stevia to taste)
Steps
  1. Cover Chicken with water & add salt.  Boil until cooked through; shred or chop.
  2. Mix Cream Cheese & Mayo until smooth. Add relish, sugar, onion, celery.
  3. mix with chicken - refrigerate for several hours or over night.
