Simple quick stir-fry
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. boneless chicken thighs, diced
  • 1 lb. broccoli crowns
  • ¼ cup chopped onion or shallot
  • 1 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Steps
  1. Heat vegetable oil in large fry pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic and sauté for a few minutes until aromatic.
  3. Add chicken, cooking for several minutes until cooked through, then add broccoli and continue stir-frying until done (bright green).
  4. Finish with sesame oil OR top with sauce (Suggestion: warmed-up Peanut Butter Better Sauce recipe) and serve on rice.
