  • 2 medium size apples any variety (today I had Gala)
  • Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Ghee or Clarified Butter (optional)
  • 2 TBS Nut Butter (I used Almond Butter)*
  • Chopped Nuts (I used pecans)*

  • note: For this to be Whole30 and Paleo compliant do NOT use peanut butter or peanuts.
