Instant Pot Beef Burgundy
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ to 2 pounds beef chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons gluten-free flour
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup red wine
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • ½ cup beef stock + 1 tablespoon gluten-free flour (whisked together)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh (or ½ teaspoon dried) thyme leaves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3 to 4 carrots, peeled and chopped
