  • 2 cups coarsely chopped zucchini
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped bell pepper
  • ½ cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
