  • ¾ cup aquafaba (liquid drained off and reserved from bean packages)
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste (or substitute with liquid or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
