  • 1 cup cabbage, coarsely chopped
  • 1 white turnip peeled, cut into ½” chunks
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ancho chili powder or regular chili powder
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken stock
  • ¼ cup quinoa
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, coarsely chopped
