Creamy Asparagus and Bacon Pasta
Ingredients
  • 200 g fiorelli pasta
  • 80 g smoked streaky bacon rashers Cut into 1cm slices
  • 2 cloves garlic , finely chopped
  • 230 ml double cream
  • 2 large M&S free-range rich golden yolk eggs
  • 350 g King asparagus , trimmed cut into 3cm lengths
  • 30 g parmesan , grated plus extra to serve
  • 6 g flat leaf parsley , finely chopped
