Fluffy Homemade Pancakes
I used half heavy cream and half 2% milk.  I didn't have all purpose four, but self rising flour and only put 2 tsp of baking powder. I always put a little bit more vanilla.  Very fluffy, moist,and tasty.  Put chocolate chips in some pan cakes when cooking and before eating, top it with whipped cream.  Is this breakfast or what?
Ingredients
