  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (or ½ tsp amchur or chaat masala)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

  • ¾ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • ¾ to 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • ¾ teaspoon red chilli powder (adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon fennel powder (optional)
