whey cinnamon rolls in instant pot
Ingredients
  • ½ cup whey (residual from strained yogurt) at 95 to 110° and 1-½ tsp. yeast. Whisk to dissolve yeast. You could use water instead of whey but the whey really helps the texture.
  • Add
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Egg
