Crispy Baked Potato Vadas. They'Re Fat-Free
Ingredients
  • 4 russet potatoes, boiled and peeled, then mashed with a fork. A few lumps are fine-- in fact, they are good.
  • 20 curry leaves, minced
  • 1 serrano or jalapeno pepper, minced
  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • ¼ tsp turmeric (optional)
  • 3 tbsp rice flour
  • 3 tbsp chickpea flour/garbanzo bean flour/besan
  • Salt to taste
