Ingredients
  • large pack of chicken wings
  • honey
  • apple cider vinegar
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. add honey, vinegar and minced garlic to pot and mix over low heat.
  3. Toss wings in salt and pepper and place in oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Place in bowl and add half of honey mix and toss until covered, then place back in oven. Repeat as often as you like and portion sauce accordingly.
