  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour or almond flour
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil of your choice
  • salt and pepper to taste
