Ingredients

- ¼ hothouse cucumber, peeled and seeded and diced small
- 1 large clove garlic, grated (or finely minced)
- ½ tablespoon white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon, dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- subheading: Tapenade (optional):
- ¼ cup pitted kalamata olives
- ¼ cup pitted green olives
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 pepperoncini, diced (optional)
