  • 6 small carrots chopped into medium sized chunks
  • 3 potatoes chopped into medium sized chunks
  • 1t cumin
  • 2t turmeric
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 can coconut milk (approximately 400ml)
  • 1T cornstarch
  • 2T cold water
  • Salt to taste
