  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup plain rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos (or tamari soy sauce)
  • 2 tbsp roasted tahini
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • pinch of salt
