The Best Coleslaw (With Greek Yogurt!)
Ingredients
  • 3 cups green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 3 cups purple cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, finely shredded
  • ½ cup fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, dill, basil, chives, etc)
  • ¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (or full fat)
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar ( or apple cider vinegar, more to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey (more to taste)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ tsp celery seed
